Georgia is the oldest wine making country in the world and is situation between the intersection of Europe and the Asia. Georgia gained it's independence from Russia in 1917 under the protection of Germany and was later invaded and annexed by USSR in 19922. Georgia once again emerged as independent nation in 1991 in the aftermath of the Sovient Union.
