The percentage of religious people who practice Serbian Orthodoxy is 84.6%, making it the largest practiced religion by a large margin. Around 5% of Serbians observe Catholic religious beliefs and less than 1% identify with other protestant groups. Serbia is part of the Balkans which are known for their mountains and some of the oldest cities in the world. Not very well known but the Balkan region is one of the safest regions of Europe.
